Minimum Qualifications:  High School diploma or equivalency, experience managing an SPS Activity Account preferred

 

Timeline: April - May 2024

 

Description/Job Summary: The Camp Invention Registration Assistant, will be responsible for assisting with the enrollment process, ensuring timely deposits of registration fees, keeping accurate accounting records, ensuring seamless registration for campers, and providing excellent customer service to parents and guardians. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with parents and camp staff.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the enrollment process for Camp Invention 2024
  • Collect and process registration forms daily
  • Daily deposits of registration fees
  • Keep accurate accounting records following SPS Activity Account processes
  • Prepare and send out registration confirmation and receipts
  • Maintain accurate records of camper registrations and payments
  • Coordinate with the camp director to ensure the availability of spaces
  • Provide timely and helpful responses to questions and concerns or refer to the camp director
  • Keep enrollment data current
